Founder, Julie Caddy

Over the past 24 years, Julie has dedicated herself to providing exceptional patient care.

Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Victoria University in 1994, Julie practiced at the Royal Melbourne Hospital specialising in the Acute Medical & Surgical Units including Renal, Neurosurgical,Colorectal, Urology and Infectious Diseases.

In 2000 Julie was appointed an educator role in the Peritoneal Dialysis Centre at The Royal Melbourne Victoria.

After caring for her Grandparents, Julie experienced first hand the special needs of the elderly and the physical and emotional demands on families who care for them.

In 2006, Julie decided to focus her career on providing exceptional aged care.
